Industrial Project & Machine, LLC is led by Mike Mulac, a mechanical engineer and industrial project manager with more than 30 years of experience delivering complex machinery and facility projects across U.S. manufacturing environments. Mike’s background combines structured project management with hands-on engineering, fabrication, and field execution.
His work spans machine design and build, equipment installation, plant relocation, and decommissioning, supporting industries including thin-film vacuum coating, aluminum extrusion and casting, pulp and paper, and foam-in-place panel manufacturing. IPM’s approach emphasizes practical engineering, safety, schedule reliability, and clear coordination between owners, trades, and vendors.
